After moving to Oregon in 2019 to manage a boarding and training facility in Newberg, Emilie took over the business entirely in January 2020 - right before the world broke. Not one to give up on the dream, The Hollow has managed to stay open and grow, providing much needed access to the healing world of horses in a time when it's needed more than ever. Barn Manager - Youth Instructor
Alicia has been with The Hollow since 2021, helping to build the lesson and training program as well as overseeing much of the daily care of the horses on site. With a passion for animals, kids, and the agricultural lifestyle as a whole, Alicia has become a cornerstone in the foundation of excellence built into Black Horse Hollow.
